We want you to go home as healthy as you came to work.Specific duties:* Set up and operate progressive headers in an assigned battery.* Follow all procedures and work instructions.* Check and record quality per department procedures.* Maintain good production numbers, low scrap, and high pcs./lbs* Keep machines and work area clean.* Follow Safety Rules and Report Unsafe Conditions* Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.Qualifications: * Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields (Specifically to Cold Heading)* Familiarity with plant tools and equipment* Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills* Ability to handle physical workload* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment* Ability to read blueprints for parts* Basic Math Skills*Please indicate your availability based on First or Second Shift*We look forward to hearing from you
