This is a Key Person position at Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. CGS is seeking best qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. Expected award and start word date is March-April 2024.

Essential Functions:
  • Working under the guidance if the NSC Knowledge Management Officer
  • Supports all organization(s) Knowledge Management Program(s) and tools
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, business systems and user needs
  • Responsible for supporting and enforcing the Knowledge Management (KM) Strategy attend meetings and assists with KM SOP development
  • Provides KM Training as required
  • Assist with development of new KM processes site collection development, maintenance, updates, migrations
Requirements:
  • Practical experience and expertise in SP development
  • Other beneficial computer coding languages such as R, and Python are desirable for custom code writing to support the development and maintenance of SP capabilities and compatibility between organization's SP, MS Apps, MS TEAMS, MS Calendars and other common KM capabilities
  • United States citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Management
Experience:
  • Experience and expertise with MOSS or WSS
  • Experience and expertise with MS suite of tools (Office 365) such as TEAMS, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Access
  • Experience and expertise in SP13, SP16 and SP Online, SP PowerApps, SP Flow, and all SP "out of the box" developer applications
  • Experience and expertise using JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SML, IQuery, SQL, Server, and Web Services
Working Conditions: inside office on Government site

Required Travel: Minimal

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Week: Monday - Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)

Work Hours: 0800 - 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements)

Overtime: as required

Contract Length: More than 1 year
