The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, creative, have a willingness to learn and thrive in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.THE STARTING RATE: $28.50THE DAY-TO-DAY:Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the property's market presence.Collaborate with various departments such as Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Entertainment to drive occupancy and increase revenue.Initiate creative requests and manage them with the Creative Services Team to support brand initiatives.Update and maintain all property communication channels, including the website, marquee, and digital players, ensuring information is current and relevant.Coordinate with internal and external production partners to ensure proper placement of all on-property collateral and signage.Organize marketing campaigns and materials, ensuring they align with the property's marketing strategy.Prepare and distribute meeting notes, agendas, and other relevant materials for marketing meetings.Schedule and assist with photo/video shoots, managing content uploads to the property's media library.Proofread all marketing and advertising materials to maintain high-quality standards.Prioritize tasks to ensure all projects are completed on time and adhere to brand standards.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent education and experience.Two (2) years of social media marketing, advertising, or equivalent experience.Strong copywriting skillsAble to use photo editing software such as Canva and Adobe Express, as well as basic video-editing capabilities.THE PERKS & BENEFITS:Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally.Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and moreFree meals in our employee dining roomFree parking on shiftHealthcare, financial, and time off benefitsProfessional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the communityAre you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
