MRO Buyer I

Litehouse is seeking a full-time MRO Buyer I to join our team. This is not a remote position and will require daily in-office attendance.

Job Responsibilities

• Purchase parts and supplies, ensuring minimum inventory levels are maintained to ensure stock is in supply as needed.
• Maintain orders and purchasing related information in a current & updated status.
• Perform procurement administrative functions including assigning repair part purchases to work order or equipment, maintaining accurate part usage history for equipment, and vendor information and other computer related duties.
• Ensure accurate inventory at all times including identification of obsolete parts, removal from inventory, and cycle count parts perform inventory level verification.
• Continuously monitor pricing to ensure pricing is competitive.
• Monitor and report supplier performance issues as they arise.
• Facilitate accurate and effective communications between purchase requestor and vendor to ensure requirements are met.
• Other activities and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR MRO BUYER I

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management
• Experience with MRO or other repair part inventory managements preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills
