The in-CIRCLE Supervisor will possess strong clinical, organizational and leadership skills and will coordinate caseloads and ensure that the team members provide all required services to families in a timely, compassionate, and competent fashion. The in-CIRCLE Program Supervisor monitors team members to ensure program compliance with standards. Supervisor - Job Responsibilities Assist in planning, managing and supervising the in-Circle Program Team in accordance with organization, local, state, and federal guidelines, practices and objectives. * Assist in maintaining appropriate program accreditation, certification, and licensure. * Implement programmatic plans, as directed. * Implement policies and procedures assuring the effective operation of the in-Circle Program and participate in policy/procedure review, at a minimum, annually Assure the integrity of services within the in-Circle Program by: * Review current program designs and assists in modification, as necessary. * Assure integrity of client records and personal data. * Conduct ongoing audits of charts to ensure timely and proper documentation. * Assist in establishing and maintaining procedures regarding client confidentiality, as needed. * Plan and implement staff development. * Assuring that each client is receiving care through ongoing case reviews and Child & Family team meetings. * Oversee the case and discharge planning process for each client. * Provide ancillary clinical support services for clients as, needed. Carries out all administrative duties, which include: * Meet weekly with in-Circle Program staff to assure proper communication and input from outside agencies and individuals. * Provide routine case staffing and case consultation for staff. * Assure the proper credentials of staff in the program. * Verify and approve time sheets for all supervisees on a bi-weekly basis. * Manage and pre-approve all staff overtime. * Verify and approve all travel before submission. * Hire and terminate in-Circle Program personnel, in consultation with the Region Director, as needed. * Perform annual evaluations on all employees under supervision. * Take administrative on-call, as scheduled. * Ensures the integrity and timely submission of billing. * Ensures timely submission of all program reports, data collection, and quality management reports. * Perform other duties as, assigned. Supervisor - Required Qualifications * Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Social Rehabilitative Services or related field and at least two (2) years' experience working with children and families involved with the child welfare system. * Two (2) years of supervisory experience required. * Mississippi licensed preferred or mental health certification from DMH within 90 days of employment is required. * Must demonstrate competence in writing program materials, completing reports, and assisting with preparation of reimbursement documents related to payment for services. * Computer skills required. * Some experience with general marketing of programs and services to select groups required. * Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, proof of legally appropriate auto liability insurance, and must be willing to use personal vehicle for organization business. * Document weekly clinical supervision meetings with staff. * Inform staff and/or other program personnel of client and family/guardian concerns, when appropriate. * Must demonstrate the ability to adhere to the organization's code of ethics.
