** Please note this is a Part-Time (~20 hours a week+) role and all of our employees at this location work a rotating shift Monday-Sunday aligned to Scottsdale Quarter Hours (Monday - Saturday 10:00AM-7:00PM & Sundays 12:00PM-6:00PM). Candidates must be available within these hours for any shift in order to be considered.

About the Opportunity:

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Full-Time Luxury Sales Specialist for our Scottsdale, AZ location. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll embody our company's mission and vision while achieving sales targets through a client-centric approach. Flexibility to work traditional retail days/hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is required. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a best-in-class luxury experience, encompassing a warm welcome, facility tour, iPad setup, and ongoing support throughout the shopping and selling journey (Success is measured by established conversion and client satisfaction metrics).
  • Engaging in clienteling activities to meet sales goals, including outreach to previous week's appointments, BOPS, SF Scheduler follow-ups, and targeted online clients. You'll cultivate and maintain a personal client base through consistent relationship-building efforts.
  • Adhering to inventory guidelines, maintaining visual standards, and executing daily opening and closing procedures with precision.
  • Providing exceptional service by managing phone inquiries, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and facilitating drop-offs.
  • Completing other assigned duties as needed.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: This position begins at $16.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's retail Scottsdale, AZ location + uncapped commission.
