Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Transfer Pricing and Tax Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing transfer pricing strategies and tax planning initiatives for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and tax law, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and strategies to ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax efficiency.
• Analyze intercompany transactions to determine appropriate transfer pricing methodologies and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on transfer pricing implications for various business initiatives.
• Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to identify opportunities for tax planning and optimization.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing matters.
• Stay current on transfer pricing trends and best practices to recommend improvements and changes to existing policies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax planning, or related field.
• Strong understanding of international tax regulations and transfer pricing methodologies.
• Experience with financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
