ASI is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance manager with excellent working knowledge of aircraft logs and records to serve as a product implementation specialist.

This position is a contract (1 year) located in South Korea.
Responsibilities

:
Provide daily on-site customer support in leveraging the ASI aviation maintenance planning and management software solution in support of a fleet of Fixed Wing aircraft
Provide daily management and oversight of assigned client implementation projects
Lead/facilitate meetings with internal team and client stakeholders
Serve as on-site, customer support representative to facilitate customers successful integration of software solution into daily business processes
Establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships with clients with primary focus on key stakeholders and decision makers
Set and manage client expectations through project work plans and effective communication
Ensure relevant training is provided to customers
Share information/feedback from customer with Product Implementation Team Manager pursuant to product enhancement and refinement of product vision and development strategy
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in aviation-related area as an individual contributor
1+ year of experience managing team member assignments
Associate degree and 5 years of experience as aviation maintenance manager or supervisor may be substituted for Bachelor's degree
Strong understanding of aviation maintenance admin and aircraft logbooks
Experience in a customer facing role providing product and/or services support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with/implementing software and enterprise asset management systems
Project/process management experience
Experience in customer relations and training
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be qualified to obtain a Secret Clearance
