We are seeking to hire a talented Quality Engineer to join our team located in our

Fremont, CA

facility. This person will have the below specific duties: Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management systems. Lead and support project teams in the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives. Provide guidance and training to employees on quality control processes and procedures. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) principles and practices. Experience with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles and implementation. Proven track record of conducting quality audits and inspections. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with quality control techniques such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and failure mode effects analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of 8D Reports. Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001. Understanding of FDA regulations related to product quality.
