We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Business Customer Digital Experiences team within Capital One's Small Business Bank. In this role, you will define and drive an agenda to empower Small Business customers with innovative banking experiences within three key domains: Move Money, Track & Manage, and Protect & Resolve. You'll drive both strategy and execution, while shaping our long-term customer experience vision and the next horizon of our integrated growth, modernization, and data strategy. Your role will be equal parts coach, visionary, and problem solver, and you will be responsible for leading a high-impact product team, co-creating a vision for the future, gaining broad stakeholder alignment, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value while knocking down all the things that slow us down. Basic Qualifications: At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked: McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management New York, NY: $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Richmond, VA: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
