City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an engaging Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in a key sales role. As a Business Development Specialist at City Wide, you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and driving business growth for our company. At City Wide Facility Solutions, we are the go-to experts in building maintenance management. We provide innovative solutions to our clients, resolving a wide range of facility issues. With over 70 markets across the United States and Canada, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities: Proactively research and identify potential clients who can benefit from City Wide's services Engage in outbound sales calls, emails, and social media interactions to generate leads and set appointments Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of all prospect interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business growth Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation targets Ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or related roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or related roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets A strong incentive compensation plan No weekends, nights, or holiday work; an opportunity to be 80% remote after training and specifically set goals are met.
