Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll with precision and timeliness.
• Stay updated on labor law changes for seamless compliance.
• Provide insights for system upgrades and process improvements.
• Handle confidential payroll matters, resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and file reports for government agencies.
• Manage job costing and maintain plant FA records.
• Collaborate with auditors for accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll-focused accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State Labor Laws.
• Strong communication skills.
• CPP certification and ADP/Great Plains experience (a plus).
• Ability to interpret Union Contracts.
