Prepare schematic, design development, and construction document estimates Evaluate subcontractor bids and scopes of work Perform quantity surveys and review project plans/specifications for all CSI categories Attend pre-bid meetings, site tours, and post-bid interviews Build effective relationships with customers, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Requirements:

BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years of preconstruction or operations experience on commercial projects Knowledge of civil/site construction, foundation, and structural systems Proficiency in Microsoft Suites; familiarity with On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, bid management, and online plan rooms is preferred Why Join?
