We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our Public Safety Platform team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, coordination, and support of our community. Supporting law enforcement agencies in their mission to enhance public safety through real-time data and technology. Day To Day: Act as the primary intermediary between law enforcement agencies and the community, advocating for and introducing the Connect program. Cultivate robust relationships with law enforcement, establish connections with businesses, and expand the Fusus ecosystem by augmenting private video contributions. Provide comprehensive guidance and mentorship to designated law enforcement counterparts (champions) to effectively engage with the community and garner support for the program. Assist champions in facilitating introductions to potential community partners and conducting meticulous technical assessments to ensure the smooth integration of CORE devices. Coordinate and schedule installations of CORE devices, ensuring seamless execution. Solicit and present community engagement materials to law enforcement clients for review and subsequent dissemination to the community. Collaborate with the marketing team to craft microsites tailored to law enforcement customers, offering the community a platform to procure hardware for participation in the Connect program. Prepare and deliver precise and timely quotations for products or services to clients, aligning with their specifications and requirements. Familiarity with CCTV technology and software Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Bilingual abilities 2+ years of experience in program coordination or in a customer success management role Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities relationship management is a vital portion of this role Foundational technology understanding: network implementation, IP based networks, access point networks, etc Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of law enforcement operations and protocols Bachelors degree (preferably in Criminal Justice or Public Administration) and/or applicable experience
