What We Offer $18.00 per hour 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement Unlimited referral bonuses What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience 6+ months of experience with blueprints and schematics Comfortable being hoisted upwards of 24 feet (boom lift) Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, stoop, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds What You'll Do as an Assembler Maintain acceptable performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping Perform minor adjustments, repairs, and setups to equipment or machines Inspect parts and completed units visually or with the use of gages, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, and other equipment Ensure the correct placement of all tools in their proper locations Maintain a clean and organized workstation Perform other duties as assigned
