Banquet Cook Job Details Job Location Hoosick Banquet LLC - Troy, NY Position Type Part Time Salary Range $19.00 Hourly Job Category Hospitality - Hotel Description COME AND JOIN OUR AMAZING TEAM $19/hour Most positions do require weekend and holiday availability. + Prepare and cook food for banquet events according to the description + Plate food for service according to established plating/presentation critera + Complete all assigned preparatory work including the set-up of the front line. + Make sure all items in refrigeration are stocked and properly stored. + Maintain strict food sanitation standards. + Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all good production, holding, and storage areas to meet or exceed the local Health Department regulations. + Follow standardized recipes for portion control. + Adhere to all house policies. + Complete breakdown procedures including proper labeling and storage. + Assist in other areas of kitchen as time permits. + Check with immediate supervisor before leaving. + Ensure complete customer satisfaction
