*We are looking for a highly motivated, ability to multi task individuals within our fast paced office. Main job tasks and responsibilities for Construction Permit Expediting & Project Coordination -

Construction Permit estimating Expediting of permits for both commercial and residential projects with the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs including, Village, Suburb, Out of State when applicatabe Responsible for obtaining permits and CDOT pricing for upcoming and current projects Responsible for posting notifications per City of Chicago Code or per Contract Responsible for keeping updated with City of Chicago/suburb codes Obtaining and processing all necessary documents for sign off and suburbs Meeting deadlines, avoiding costly delays Ensure accurate data entry, job coding into QuickBooks timely for payments submitted for permitting. Assist with requesting utility disconnections and notification to utility companies and keep records /logs with detailed notifications and dates etc. Assisting with the updating, maintaining City of Chicago IEPA and Digger/Julie information current. Preparation of recycling paperwork Maintaining timely permit/project completion deadlines Pre-construction project coordination Scheduling of projects Inventory Specialist to track orders and receipts for compnay yard Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential Contribution to continuous improvement of process, procedures and systems Company Description - Demolition & Excavating Company - Please check out our website -
