Jr. Program Manager

Location: Seattle, Wa Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $30/hr - $40/hr

Job summary

In this role, the applicant will draw on their experiences managing complex businesses, solving technical challenges, and influencing key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion. The person will be appreciated for their desire to quickly formulate plans supported by data that you can then execute across many work functions simultaneously. They will collaborate with peers who are customer centric, resourceful, and team oriented. If they enjoy an inclusive communication style, are comfortable thinking big about ambiguous problem sets (while paying careful attention to detail), and appreciate a fast-paced, dynamic environment where they’re empowered to take ownership and deliver results, this role may be an ideal fit.

Key job responsibilities

· Work with multiple stakeholders to build and manage programs that benefit Employee · Experience efforts across the org Assist teams with the recommendations, strategies and processes that lead to successful outcomes · Provide ongoing oversight, consistent support, and timely guidance to our employees · Drive Talent Engagement team processes and programs from beginning to end by presenting

strategies, guiding conversations, and coordinating with stakeholders · Ability and desire to problem solve and work autonomously in the absence of concrete answers or specific direction · Must communicate and work well in a team environment with the ability to receive and give feedback with gracious consideration · Identify and implement program improvements

Day to day activities include

· Communicate across multiple teams to coordinate Employee Experience initiatives. · Work with outside Vendors to ensure the best solutions are provided to your customers · Gather metrics and KPI's to assemble and broadcast the status of your team’s efforts across the org. · Work on initiatives that improve the Employee Experience throughout games. · Support employee recognition initiatives, encompassing the provision of branded merchandise and customizable promotional materials

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years’ experience in Program or Project Management, Production or as Executive Assistant. · 2+ years’ experience working with outside vendors to provide. · Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. · Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams. · Experience in Games industry a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience managing schedules, deliveries and implementation of Employee Experience Programs. · Experience with the Security, Legal and Finance requirements of working with external vendors. · Experience managing business relationships with internal teams and external vendors. · Experience developing strategies, systems and processes specific to Employee Experience. · Clear, concise, accurate communication (both verbal and written) with audiences of varying technical abilities and business contexts. · Ability to juggle multiple priorities and be effective within an often ambiguous and un-defined set of goals. · Effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs (e.g., time vs. effort vs. features), and drive appropriate schedules. · Ability to collaborate with and effectively influence remote teams in multiple time zones. · Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and make autonomous decisions
