As VP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Lotus Concepts Management, ensuring operational excellence, brand identity, profitability, and cost control across our locations. Key Responsibilities: Assume a hands-on approach in day-to-day operations and hands-on support at all locations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, strengthen brand identity, maximize profits, control costs, hit profit goals, and assist stores in maintaining labor goals. Provide guidance and support to restaurant management and staff, fostering a motivated and engaged workforce while upholding customer service standards. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain operational standards. Build positive relationships with community and industry stakeholders to drive brand initiatives and partnerships. Provide on-site support and guidance to resolve operational challenges and seize opportunities. Research and recommend new markets for expansion, driving the growth of Lotus Concepts Management. Qualifications: Previous experience in successfully creating and growing a restaurant concept/brand is preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive restaurant management experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences. Experience in obtaining labor goals and 20% + profit margins preferred. Experience as a multi-location operator is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices. Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements, control costs, hit profit goals, and make strategic recommendations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving ability in dynamic and diverse environments. Proven ability to identify and leverage strategic partnerships. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems. Willingness to travel as required.
