Key Responsibilities:

- Manage system requirements from concept to testing

- Develop Systems Engineering lifecycle plans

- Capture Stakeholder Expectations

- Create system level requirements and allocate them effectively

- Assist in the development of hardware & software requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience

Desired Skills:

- Proficiency in avionics power systems development and validation

- Knowledge of avionics electrical power systems and certification requirements

- Familiarity with engineering tools like DOORs

- Excellent communication skills and team leadership abilities
