  • Platform Administration: Handle daily administrative functions of the Salesforce Cloud platform including user management, data imports/exports, and configuration changes.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity by monitoring data flow, evaluating data quality, and addressing data discrepancies.
  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve platform and activity-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Training: Train end-users on best practices, platform features, and functionalities to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce Cloud.
  • Process Improvement: Map the customer journey and analyze touch points and opportunities to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the platform.
  • Platform Updates: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce Cloud updates and new features, recommending and implementing relevant changes.
  • Integration Support: Assist in integrating Salesforce Cloud with other systems and platforms within the organization.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation related to platform configurations, user guidelines, and best practices.
  • Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to design, implement, and monitor, landing pages, ad integrations, and email campaigns, ensuring they adhere to best practices.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports detailing relevant metrics.
  • Work closely with the department leaders to communicate processes, tracking, and reporting.
  • Participate in additional projects/activities as needed.
Nature & Scope:
  • Possesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
  • Has no discretion to deviate from established procedures by performing structured work assignments
  • Work is closely supervised
  • Problems faced are not typically difficult nor complex
  • Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in data management and data quality best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Cloud servers and AMPscript is a plus.
Experience:
  • 0-5 years experience with Salesforce
Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is beneficial.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • May require occasional overtime during peak campaign periods
