Imaging Operations Specialist Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Imaging Operations Specialist to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume document conversion, ensuring data integrity through precise indexing, and maintaining the security standards required to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance. In this role, you will: Lead the end-to-end document digitization process by preparing, scanning, and indexing hard copy records into electronic images while maintaining strict quality and production rate standards. Collaborate with the operations team and management to identify workflow efficiencies and ensure all internal tracking documentation is accurately completed. Ensure compliance with federal security requirements and organizational data handling policies to protect sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of experience in data entry, indexing, or high-volume production environments. Strong knowledge of PC operations, imaging software, and document control procedures. Proven ability in maintaining high accuracy at a sustained pace and performing physical document preparation (e.g., sorting, filing, and removing staples). High School Diploma or equivalent; must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. What We Offer: Salary details: Starting at $17.75 per hour. Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:00am 2:30pm.
