Driver Trett, faisant partie du groupe Driver, fournit des services pour l'accompagnement à la gestion des contrats, et du conseil en prévention des réclamations et en gestion des litiges, à nos clients dans les différents secteurs de l'industrie de la construction.
Notre équipe expérimentée aide nos clients à préserver les marges de leurs projets en les aidant à améliorer leur position commerciale, à éviter les litiges, et à obtenir une résolution rapide des questions contentieuses pour un règlement équitable des litiges.
En Europe, nous opèrons à travers un réseau de quatre bureaux : Paris, Munich, Madrid et Rotterdam, avec une équipe ayant une vaste expérience dans une grande variété de projets dans les secteurs de l'Énergie, du Génie Civil, du Pétrole et du Gaz, de l'Eau, et de l'Infrastructure, en Europe et à l'échelle mondiale.
Le rôle :
Driver Trett France recherche un Contract Manager expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe de Paris.
Dans le rôle de Contract & Claim manager, vous assisterez nos clients dans les domaines des problématiques contractuelles, de l'administration de contrats et/ou des réclamations. Les projets seront basés en France, ainsi qu'à l'international.
Vous travaillerez sur des projets sur un large éventail de secteurs incluant la Construction, l'Infrastructure (Route, Rail, Tunnels, etc.), Offshore, Pétrole & Gaz et Process & Industrie.
Les principales responsabilités incluront (mais ne se limiteront pas à):
* Analyser les contrats (R&O, allocation des risques, mécanismes clés).* Gérer un contrat pendant la vie du projet.* Aider à la rédaction d'amendements de contrats et de contrats.* Rédaction de et/ou réponse aux réclamations pendant et après le projet.* Assister le client pendant les négociations de contrat, les négociations d'amendements, etc.* Assister et conseiller dans la préparation d'un procès ou d'une arbitrage.* Rechercher, examiner, analyser et présenter des documents et des données.* Rédiger une correspondance cohérente et/ou des récits pour soumission aux clients.* Analyser, compiler et résumer les dossiers à l'appui des réclamations/réponses aux réclamations.* Développer un réseau professionnel efficace en participant à des forums liés à la construction / au droit / à l'industrie le cas échéant et assister à des réunions régulières d'associations professionnelles.* Participer aux activités de développement commercial/promotion des activités de Driver Trett.* Assister à des ateliers internes pour élargir l'expérience technique, commerciale, sessions de formations.
Critères clés pour les candidats :
* Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de la construction dans une fonction similaire (gestion de contrat, contrôle de projet, approvisionnement ou PMO).* Un diplôme d'ingénieur/juridique (Bac +5) ou une qualification professionnelle équivalente.* Expérience sur site avec un maitre d'ouvrage ou maitre d'œuvre, sous-traitant, cabinet de conseil et/ou client bien établi.* Bonne maîtrise des principes de base de la gestion de contrat (droit, causalité, qualification des dommages).* Expérience dans la préparation des réclamations et la gestion des litiges.* Capacité démontrable à évaluer l'impact des événements de compensation.* Excellentes compétences analytiques et de rédaction de rapports.* Compétences linguistiques : français et anglais, toute langue supplémentaire est un avantage.* Compréhension démontrable des formes standard de contrats (tels que les contrats NEC3 et FIDIC).* Maîtrise de MS Office, avec d'excellentes compétences en Word, Excel et PowerPoint.* Excellentes compétences en communication et bonne présentation.

Votre bureau principal sera à Paris, France. Cependant, étant donné la nature de notre travail et la clientèle internationale, les candidats appropriés doivent être prêts à voyager en France et à l'étranger, si nécessaire.
