Sodexo is seeking an Imaging Field Service Engineer 1 for University Hospital Health Systems in Cleveland, OH. This is a traveling position across the entire UH System in the Greater Cleveland Area with no homebase. ISE I Position Description: Under supervision this person will inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate basic diagnostic imaging equipment, devices, systems, and instruments. Interact on a routine basis with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems. Participate in on-the-job training programs regarding technical, administrative, and customer service requirements. The ISE I for this role will possess: Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting Multiple years as an experienced BMET or have 1 years of imaging experience Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills Working for Sodexo: How far will your ambition, talent and dedication take you? Qualifications & Requirements Basic Education Reuqirement - Associates Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronics, biomedical engineering, or other technical discipline contributing to proficiency of maintenance and repair of imaging equipment within a healthcare environment Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience within a healthcare setting with direct responsibility for the maintenance and repair of clinical devices and/or 1 year of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training Sodexo is an EEO/AA/Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran employer.
