As the Enterprise Architect. You will:

Drive the company's strategic and innovative technology initiatives, coordinating and setting standards and technologies to improve the technology landscape.

Responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components

Work with key stakeholders to identify and enable technology sharing, including shared components/libraries/toolsets to be leveraged across the company.

Identify technology opportunities and orchestrate the technology delivery across the different groups.

Find existing technologies and solutions gaps and run ahead of the projects/programs to build solutions to support initiatives as required. This leads to the successful handover to appropriate groups to run the solution in production.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in implementing process, architecture, and strategy; overseeing and delivering complex technology projects across various industries.

Design and oversee the architectural development (blueprints) and guide the architecture roadmap for eCommerce platforms, back office applications and integration.

Ensuring clear data ownership across business domains.

Past experience with M&A Integration, overall acquisition integration architecture, business process design, solutions, systems and technology architecture.

Experience proactively manage acquisition priorities and drive integration design reviews and discussions with IT and Business stakeholders

Engagement in enterprise-level architectural governance, collaborating with key stakeholders like Product, Infrastructure, and Analytics.

Familiarity with architectural modeling techniques and EA tools

Experience in evaluating short and long-term trade-offs for complex business problems and recommend scalable solutions that can be implemented in a hybrid ERP environment

The technical knowledge. You are familiar with operating systems, application development, database management, interface engines, and information systems principles. You can develop cases that highlight the ROI and TCO of technical projects. You are excellent at defining technology architectures at the enterprise level.

Experience of EA frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman
