Role Summary:

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team's efforts to promote Bank First's brand, products, and services. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the management and execution of the bank's sponsorship activities, actively participating in events, and engaging with our community through social media content. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of marketing within the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Sponsorship Activities: Assist in processing and managing the bank's sponsorship requests and activities, ensuring alignment with our brand values and marketing goals.
• Event Participation: Attend bank-sponsored events, representing Bank First and engaging with attendees to promote our services and initiatives.
• Social Media Content: Create and post engaging content on our social media platforms, reflecting our participation in community events and highlighting our products and services.
• Promotional Distribution: Assist in distributing promotional items across our branch network, supporting marketing campaigns and enhancing brand visibility.
• Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks for budgeting purposes, helping to track marketing expenses and ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Branch Support: Respond to requests from branches for marketing support, including promotional materials and event participation.
• Special Projects: Take on special projects as needed, providing support to the marketing team on various campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is beneficial.
• Availability to work full-time/part-time during the summer months.
• Interest in the banking sector and community engagement.
