We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Content Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing agent enablement and engagement through the creation of compelling digital and traditional B2B marketing content. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to drive loyalty and preference within our agency distribution channels.

What does a MARKETING CONTENT MANAGER do at GAINSCO?

B2B Marketing Content Creation: Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing content, communications, and campaigns aligned with our branding, messaging, and incentive programs. Utilize various channels such as email, website, social media, print, merchandise, etc., to increase agent enablement and engagement. Go-To-Market Communication: Lead and refine the Go-To-Market communication plan for new states, agents, products, and technologies. Ensure effective communication strategies to support the introduction of new offerings and expansions. Agent Segmentation and ABM: Advance agent segmentation and Account Based Marketing (ABM) efforts using demographic and behavior data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance targeted marketing strategies for specific agent segments. Collaboration and Support: Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to support business objectives and priorities. Independently recommend and develop value-adding marketing solutions to enhance overall business performance.

What is required?

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Five to seven years of marketing and communications experience with progressively increasing responsibilities. Preferred experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) industry, particularly in Personal Auto and the independent agency channel. Proven experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns. Exceptional content creation skills with a focus on writing and graphic design. Agile Marketing experience is a plus. Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is a plus. Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is preferred.

Ability to work under limited supervision, exercise independent judgment, and meet deadlines on multiple initiatives. Ability to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs and expectations. Adaptability to a rapidly changing business environment. Highly self-motivated, action-oriented, and detail-oriented. Flexible, resilient, and willing to perform varying duties based on shifting needs. Diplomatic and articulate communication style.
