Telemark Diversified Graphics, also known as TDG, is a print manufacturer of Point of Sale and ATM receipt rolls, Casino slot tickets, and more.
This employment opportunity is in our Order Entry department. Position is responsible for highly detailed, meticulous data entry, which including entering and checking orders for complete job specifications based on price lists, quotes, estimates. Employees in this department work in cooperation with Customer Service and Estimating during the process of creating tickets to be used by our production departments.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, polite, punctual and works well with others. We expect all employees to be able to communicate and correspond in a clear, coherent and professional manner both verbally and in writing. This person should also be comfortable and familiar with Microsoft computer programs, such as Outlook and Excel. An understanding of basic program formulas would be advantageous.
Incredible attention to detail as well as great math skills, spelling acuity, and memory retention are a MUST in order to be successful in this position
We will provide specialized training to ensure the right individual learns the production process and is prepared with the necessary tools, knowledge and skills required to enter jobs accurately and efficiently.
Duties include entering orders, allocating time and materials for these orders, partnering with Purchasing for any components not available in our on-hand inventory, and scheduling jobs for production. This department is also responsible for making changes to jobs in process upon request, if and when possible, correspondence about any questions and concerns with customers.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who has the organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize the workload throughout the day.

In-Person (No remote option)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Compensation is based on experience and skills relevant to this position.
