**The Goat seeks to hire a full time Lead Bartender to join Goat Nation in Gahanna, Ohio**
This role is responsible for fulfilling food and drink orders of both alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages while providing positive and memorable experiences to all customers.
Qualified applicants will have achieved a High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of related experience leading bar or equivalent combination of education and experience desired. Applicants must have strong leadership skills. Applicants must be able to multi-task, maintain a sense of urgency at all times, and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, be a team player, and have a positive attitude. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be able to follow and adhere to all alcohol service and liquor laws.
