Lead Server

Moro's Kitchen, a premier restaurant in Skaneateles, is looking to fill the position of Full Time Lead Server. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality, be a team player, and be committed to professional service. 2+ years in a similar capacity and restaurant is preferred. Wine knowledge, preferably Italian, and experience with professional service standards are a must for service staff. A Lead Server ensures the smooth running of the FOH shift and maintains guest satisfaction. Experience managing a POS and social media is a plus. Shifts are Wednesday through Sunday. The Lead Server receives a premium hourly rate plus tips.
