As a CNA you will be asked to provide skilled care services including, but not limited to assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) like toileting, hygiene, meal preparation and feedings, transfers, and positioning - just to name a few. PASCO CNAs have the opportunity to work with the same client(s) over time thus building a 1:1 relationship with your client(s).PREMIUM BENEFITSWith PASCO, employees can work with multiple clients to build out a full-time schedulePart-time employees eligible for 401K and PTOBenefits for those working 30+ hours per week include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO Accrual, 50K Life Insurance, Short Term/Long term Disability, 401kPOSITION INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:Current and unencumbered CNA (Certified Nursing Assistance) licensure in Colorado (DORA to certify)Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurancePrior home health experience (highly preferred)Working knowledge and experience of working within the disabled community PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.Stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Mobility to bend, stoop, kneel, twist at hips assist with transfers.Visual and auditory acuity to assess clients needs and respond promptly.Manual dexterity to perform tasks such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal care.COMPENSATION: $21.41 per hour (weekly paychecks)SCHEDULE & LOCATION: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 12pm-1pm at the client's home in Commerce City, CO 80022JOB TYPE: Part-timeJOB ID: 3f7puPASCO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
