Overview Join to apply for the Sr. Project Manager role at MH Williams Construction Group, Inc. MH Williams is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with hospitality or multifamily project experience. This individual will manage project planning & organization, construction operations, subcontract relations, financial management, and risk management of jobs. Responsibilities Project Planning & Organization Establish overall project logistics and team goals Develop pre?construction RFP packages Conduct project meetings and coordination meetings Construct project schedule and set milestones Management and development of staff Construction Operations Complete job processes (RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications) Ensure proper document control filing, updating, and distribution Ensure timely delivery of materials to site Subcontract Relations Issue subcontractor contracts and purchase orders Manage the closeout process Ensure fair treatment of subcontractors Financial / Risk Management Project buy?out and scope development through subcontract award Input and manage project budget Ensure required documentation is filed including proper insurance certificates Monthly cost reporting and exposure analysis Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager Bachelors degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or Engineering discipline (preferred) Strong technical and communication skills are critical Client relationship skills Ability to work in a team environment Compensation A 100% Employee?Owned Company, MH Williams offers a competitive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, company?paid life insurance, health reimbursement account, 401(K) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan, paid vacation, sick time and holidays (PTO), professional development, tuition reimbursement, civic activities, and a fun, collaborative spirit and workplace.
