Exciting things are happening at Edwards Vacuum where we manufacture a wide variety of industrial vacuum pumps for the semiconductor industryWe are experiencing record sales and are moving into a brand-new facility in Haverhill, MA shortly.Haverhill offers beautiful sights and is located half-way between the City of Boston and the beautiful New England Seacoast.The Embedded Controls Software Engineer will be responsible for detailing controls requirements, controls modeling, integration, and some level of controls verification in cryogenics products.This person will also perform the design, development, and implementation of complex algorithms involving controller design, system identification, signal processing and signal analysis for cryogenic and chillers equipment used in the semiconductor industry.IF YOU ACCEPT THIS MISSION, YOU WILL...Provide detailing controls requirements, controls modeling, integration, and some level of controls verification in cryogenics products.Perform the design, development, and implementation of complex algorithms involving controller design, system identification, signal processing and signal analysis for cryogenic and chillers equipment used in the semiconductor industry.Investigate the feasibility of applying scientific and mathematical control design principles and concepts to potential inventions and products.Plan and execute laboratory research pertaining to algorithm design and validation.Introduce and advance controls development technologies.Design and build tools that allow debugging, analysis and performance evaluation of algorithms.
