Essity is currently searching for an IT Support Analyst. This position will be based out of our Harrodsburg location.
About the Role
This role will provide basic IT support to customers following defined Service Management procedures. Responsibilities will include acting as main point of contact for troubleshooting network issues, software issues, and equipment issues.
Must be located in Dansville or Harrodsburg, KY.

What You Will Do
- Installation and replacing end user IT workplace equipment (pc's, smartphones, printers, collaboration tools)
- Support managing local servers and networks in collaboration with global IT teams
- Processing and taking ownership of tickets from customers
- Administration of IT assets (hard- and software)
- Training and education of users in relation to IT workplace and collaboration tools
- Project Management as well as Vendor Management
- Contributing to improvement of IT services and knowledge databases
- Supporting local applications (where applicable and in line with global policies)
- Following (internal and external) audit requirements
- Formal education in computer science, business or related field, professional experience, or combination of education and experience/certifications to effectively execute duties upon hire
- Two - Five (2-5) years desktop experience in Information Technology
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of ITIL best practices preferred
- Requires sound working knowledge in personal computing environment
- Desire to provide the highest levels of service to customers
- Above average communication skills, verbal and written
- Great interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving, decision making, resolution, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasional after hours and on-call support required
- Travel: Ability to travel between local sites daily and some domestic locations, if necessary.
