Server Urban Grub is looking for experienced, dynamic Servers who are passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences. As a cornerstone of our team, the ideal candidate will be driven by creating memorable moments for our guests and have an extensive knowledge of food and wine. This is a role for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and always keeps a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Engage with guests, providing top-notch customer service that enhances their dining experience and encourages repeat visits. Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations based on knowledge of our diverse menu and wine list. Multitask efficiently to ensure prompt delivery of orders, while also maintaining a friendly demeanor, even during peak dining hours. Handle payments, ensuring accurate processing of cash or card transactions. Cooperate with team members to create a smooth, seamless dining experience for guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in the hospitality industry. Basic knowledge of food and wine. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and build rapport. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work on weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays. Reliable transportation to and from work.
