Job Description
Our client is seeking a litigation attorney with 3 -10 years of experience for its Fidelity and Surety group in the Collin County, TX office.

The group's core practice areas are litigation in both state and federal courts, counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge regarding the construction industry (practical or legal).

Prior experience with construction disputes, mechanics' liens, and/or preparing and negotiating construction contracts and other construction contract documents would also be helpful, but not required. The ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment with other attorneys, team members, consultants, and clients is essential as the group prides itself on its collegial environment and team mentality, providing a small firm feel with a large firm's resources and support. Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills are required.

All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
