01039 Daily Responsibilities Participates in team and customer meetings, including daily stand-ups, weekly meetings, ad-hoc meetings, requirements gathering sessions, etc. Works collaboratively with team members to provide customer solutions that meet business, analytical, and reporting requirements in an Agile environment. Translates requirements into technical specifications. Analyzes and extracts data and understands data integrations. Provides high level data mapping between systems for purposes of reporting and analytics. Creates easy to read reports and visually appealing informative dashboards based on user requirements. Collaborates with the team members to test, verify, and trouble-shoot solutions. Supports training activities as needed. Develops required documentation. Supports other duties as assigned. Receives additional training for products and services that relate directly to the position. Demonstrated understanding of data integrations. Proven ability to develop reports and user friendly, informative dashboards. Experience analyzing data and evaluating current practices, identifying new opportunities, researching current industry trends to ensure that solutions are efficiently and effectively utilized. Proven problem-solving skills; experience identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies. Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly ramp up on new tasks, business needs, and technologies. Self-starter with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
