Must-Have
  1. Minimum 7 years of Application Development work experience
  2. At least 3-5 years' experience in IBM FileNet technology area.
  3. Familiar with Hyland DMS platform
  4. Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills
  5. Minimum of four years of work experience in a client server environment
  6. RDBMS Concepts, Oracle, SQL Server - includes queries and stored procedures
  7. Knowledge of FileNet upgrade & Server configuration
Good-to-Have
  1. Experience in Insurance domain
  2. Architect level certification is Global ECM Forums like AIIM, Product vendors like IBM Filenet, EMC, Microsoft, OpenText
