Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

? 1+ year of experience in a professional GIS work environment

? Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

? Moderate knowledge of ESRI or vector-based software and TerraSolid products

Preferred Qualifications:

? 2+ year of technician or equivalent experience

? Master's degree, in geography, environmental studies/science, planning, or a related field with an emphasis in GIS

? Proficiency in ArcMap, MicroStation and PLS-CADD preferred.

? Ability to handle multiple assignments and changing priorities

? Attention to details and experience with QA/QC and data analysis

? Experience with or knowledge of:

o Geographical Information Systems

o Mapping or analysis using LiDAR

o Transmission tower and distribution pole components (wire types, insulators, transformers)
