We are looking for people who are motivated, willing to learn, and looking for advancement opportunities to join our fast-paced manufacturing team.Essential ResponsibilitiesDetermine project requirements, including scope, assembly sequences, and required methods and materials, according to blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal instructionsLayout, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines on material according to drawings or templates, using calculators, scribes, dividers, squares, and rulers.Fasten seams or joints together with welds, bolts, rivets, solders, or bonds to assemble components into products or to repair metal items.Convert blueprints into shop drawings to be followed in the construction or assembly of metal products.Fabricate or alter parts at alternate sites.Select gauges or types of steel, sheet metal, or nonmetallic material, according to product specifications.Maneuver completed units into position for installation and anchor the units.Transport prefabricated parts to alternate sites for assembly and installation.Maintain equipment, making repairs or modifications when necessary.Finish parts, using all kinds of power and hand tools.Prepare and paint parts or machineryInspect individual parts, assemblies, and installations for conformance to specifications and building codes, using measuring instruments such as calipers, scales, and micrometers.Disassemble, clean, and rebuild gear reducersAssemble and test hydraulic and pneumatic units and machinery.Running lathes and milling machines and producing simple parts such as shafts, keyways etc.Qualifications2+ years of Welding and Fabrication experience 2+ years of MIG welding2+ years of TIG welding2+ years of Stick weldingThe successful candidates will have experience operating in a fast-paced environment and be willing to take on any challenges presentedUltra-Poly OffersCompetitive starting hourly rate up to $30.00 based on experience and skills assessmentSemi-Annual performance reviewsPaid VacationPaid HolidaysMedical, dental, and vision coverage on the 1st of the month after 30 daysWeekly pay with direct depositCompany-paid disability, life, and AD&D insurance401k after 1 year with a generous company matchQuarterly attendance bonusesSafety bonusesEmployee referral bonusesTool and boot allowanceand more...***Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, physical, and drug screen
