**Description**

**Additional duties will include:**

* Receive, enter, and process customer orders.

* Ensure orders are shipped within customer specifications to meet customer delivery date expectations via a variety of processes specific to each customer.

* Verify customer pricing and product specifications.

* Work with plant, DC and co-packer operations staff in regards to the delivery of customer orders, estimated time of delivery, service issues, backorders, and fill rates.

* Monitor reports to proactively avoid customer, inventory and other related issues, confirm pricing variances, and to track customer order status.

* Work with Sales staff and Operations to resolve customer needs and problems

* Process and document consumer calls, inquiries and concerns regarding where to purchase products, how to use products, product quality concerns and direct appropriately to other internal teams for resolution.

* Create purchase orders for the manufacturing of products. Receive and process completed purchase orders including production orders.

* Work with Accounting and Operations to address and reconcile sales order inventory and costing anomalies.

* Assist channel in growing incremental sales through a variety of sales support and customer service activities.

* Review new customer requirements and coordinate with other key departments in ensuring customer requirements can be met.

* Maintain and manage customers vendor requirements documentation and help ensure customer scorecards are compliant.

* Process and track customer returns and credits and update AR dept.

* Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings and related conference calls.
