We are a busy general dentistry seeing many families in the area. We are well-established with 2 highly-trained young doctors. We have a strong reputation in the community and maintaining this is important to us. Our practice includes surgery, ortho, and facial esthetics in addition to a wide-array of general denistry procedures. We typically refer out endodontics. 

Who We're Looking For

An energetic, highly motivated, and organized individual who is willing to be the leader of the back office. We are a small but busy office that needs a high level of orginization and communication skills to maintain the flow of our office. 

Responsibilities

  • Chair-side assisting
  • X-rays
  • Assisting with exam
  • Reviewing medical histories and dental histories
  • Maintaining equipment
  • Sterlization
  • Being aware of the schedule and patient arrivals
  • Organizing incoming and out-going lab cases
  • Recording important details and informing the appropriate person
  • Excellent communication with the front office, doctors, and hygiene staff
  • Organizing and tracking supplies
  • Supplies ordering
  • Interacting with patients in a compassionate and professional manner
