Qualifications:

The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks and QBO (Bill.com is a plus). They must also be detail oriented, can work independently, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred or relevant experience of 5+ years. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. They should be self-motivated and be able to prioritize tasks for themselves and others.

Job Duties

Ability to efficiently review financial statements for accuracy and overall presentation;

Success in prior work experience with the ability to self-manage, prioritize assignments, and interface with clients;

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complicated matters to clients;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking;

Enthusiasm for technical topics and interest in learning opportunities via research, CPE, and discussions with peers;

Passion for a culture of positivity and respect;

Eager to seek new projects; and

Recognizes strengths and weaknesses and appreciates peer feedback.
