As the Hospice Aide, you are a paraprofessional and valued member of the interdisciplinary care team. You will work under RN supervision and focus on quality, continuity, and safe patient care. In this role you will be responsible for timely and accurate documentation of care. This role is based in our Huntley IL branch and will have patient responsibility in lower DeKalb and McHenry counties.
