Position DescriptionRedhorse Corporation has an immediate need for an Asset Manager. Thesuccessful candidate will have a background in building maintenance andoperations. This is a full-time position based on the project deliverables toimprove and maintain the Asset data quality in client's ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS).Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Improve Maximo asset data quality by:Working with Building Operations to achieve a high level of building Assetdata qualityWorking with Design, Construction and Building Operations to capture changesto the building Assets and Locations inventoryWorking with Operations & Maintenance Contractors to optimize maintenanceschedulesWorking with CMMS Program Manager to develop an Asset Lifecycle ManagementprogramProvide Technical Support and Administrative tasks to support the NCMMSProgram Ex: Manage User AccountsMinimum Requirements for Skills,Experience, Education and Credentials:Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent related work experience.Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Maximo experience preferredStrong project management skills.Willingness to pursue Asset Management Certification (CAMA, CMRT,CMRP, or similar)Excellent communication and relationship management.Ability to work with contractors on site.Strong attention to detail - ability to detect anomalies in spreadsheets ordatabase recordsAbility to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks on time.Communication Skills:Ability to identify Asset and Location changes based on proposed constructionproject scope of work and communicate inventory scope requirements to theclient Project Manager.Ability to effectively communicate Asset and Location record requirements to anon-building operations audience.Self-starter and quick learner.
