Opportunity to join our Future Focus Internship Program as an ERIE Experience & Customer Service Intern

We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in being considered for our upcoming summer internship program as potential ERIE Experience & Customer Service Interns

Who should apply?

  • Applications are accepted from college students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master's degree program full-time
  • A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2025 thru spring 2027)
  • A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is is highly preferred

  • A variety of challenging assignments in a stimulating work environment

  • A variety of educational, social and community service events with other interns
  • Social events and other networking activities with senior leaders including the CEO

Duties and Responsibilities

As an ERIE Experience Intern, you will:
  • Design an experience or process aligned with ERIE's model and strategy
  • Collaborate with Agents, Customers & Employees to define and drive change
  • Gathering feedback & insights
  • Responsible for data & metrics tracking
  • Engage with multi-faceted teams to research new ways of doing business
  • Conducts research, gathers information, and assists in creating presentations as required
  • Performs various tasks related to the achievement of division objectives

Qualifications

High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required. Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
