Accounts Payable Specialist

Director Human Resources & HSE at Vygon USA This role is based at Vygon US. The salary range is $26.00/hr $32.00/hr; actual pay will be based on skills and experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. They should have experience maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise. Where appropriate, they will track 1099s and create a year?end report. Responsibilities Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing. Process expense reports from employees, identify discrepancies, and appropriately elevate them. Maintain knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses. Maintain 1099s and generate a report at year end. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 12 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing. Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills. Detail oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
