Human Resources Generalist Bilingual Part Time Wood Personnel is partnering with a leading automotive parts manufacturer to identify a qualified Bilingual HR Generalist for a part-time, year-long contract. This position is located at their logistics center in Mt. Juliet, TN. We are seeking a motivated and driven HR Generalist that is bilingual in Spanish and English. This will have a flexible schedule, but the schedule will oversee the transition from first to second shift. Compensation and Hours: On-site (No remote options) 6 hours per day for 4 days OR 8 hours per day for 3 days (Must stay until 7pm or 8pm) $27 an hour - Weekly Pay Health insurance offered during temporary period Requirements: Must be Spanish-Bilingual Previous Human Resources experience preferably at the Generalist level Reliable and consistent in scheduling Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration within the team A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters Ability to work cooperatively with other employees Computer literate with demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications Responsibilities: Provides HR assistance to assigned business units to ensure customer requests and needs are met Serves as a main point of contact, and partnering with both management and associates to identify or clarify problems, evaluate and recommend potential solutions Participates in talent management activities, including recruitment and onboarding/offboarding of new employees Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to support the development of solutions and policies Anticipates and plans for short-term HR needs with management Supports strong associate relations for the company by gathering information from associates and managers during fact finding conversations to make recommendations for coaching and discipline with associates Represents management and associate perspective to provide recommendations Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
