CFI has a Customer Relations Specialist position available in our office in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. Commercial Funding Inc (CFI) is a national accounts receivable finance, factoring and asset-based lending company located in Salt Lake City, UT. **Position Summary**

**:** Through the on-site, day to day responsibilities, training, and interactions with senior management and team members; the position will offer opportunities to learn and grow within the company. **Responsibilities**

**:** * Self-manage a daily queue of invoices to reach out and get payment status updates * Follow up on unpaid invoices, communicating through phone and email contact * Review payment trends to assess which invoices to follow up on * Analyze delinquent accounts to identify potential issues * Resolve customer issues that inhibit payments * Communicate professionally by phone and email with customers * Document communication with customers for follow up if needed **Desired Skills:** * Desire to collaborate on-site within a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills required * A positive and entrepreneurial attitude * Ability to problem solve and find solutions to customer issues * Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel * Detail oriented with ability to multitask * Strong organizational skills * Accounts Receivable billing or AR clerk experience preferred but not required * Bilingual preferred but not required CFI is a subsidiary of Commercial Credit, Inc., one of the largest privately held commercial finance companies in North America, specializing in equipment finance for the construction, fleet transportation, manufacturing, and waste industries.
