WE BUILD PREMIUM ALUMINUM TRAILERS BECAUSE LEGENDS ARE MEANT TO LASTThis position will work within teams to weld aluminum and steel enclosed and aluminum open trailer frames. GTAW-AL (TIG) components in all positionsGMAW-AL (MIG) components in all positionsAdheres to all safety policies and procedures.Follows all pre-established installation and quality methods, procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency of work.Reads order-specific job travelers and/or engineered drawings to ensure each order is produced to specifications.Completes all job duties within given time constraints.Cross-trains between several different jobsCleans and maintains work areaPursues continuous improvement to improve efficiency of job duties and workflow.Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Other duties as assigned. RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDProficient with GTAW-AL(TIG Aluminum)/ GMAW-AL (MIG Aluminum) Previous welding experienceAttention to detail.Excellent problem-solving skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsNeeds good visual judgment to notice errors and/or defects.Ability to accurately read a tape measure.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Solid job history including more than 1 year at previous or recent employer.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Willingness to participate in welding tests to showcase your capabilities.Must be able to work M-F 6a-4:30p
